Do you publish fixed prices?
No. Every event is different. We prepare a tailored offer based on date, location, guest number, menu, staffing, logistics and service scope.
Can you support weddings outside Bern?
Yes. We are based in Bern and available for selected events across Switzerland, depending on timing, scope and logistics.
Do you provide only food, or full event support?
Both are possible. We can support catering only, or combine catering with service staff, decoration support, parking guidance, guest flow and coordination.
Can menus be adapted to dietary preferences?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, halal-sensitive, pork-free and other menu preferences can be discussed during the offer process.
How do we reserve a date?
After the offer is confirmed, a reservation deposit may be requested to secure the date and begin detailed planning.
Do you work with external venues and kitchens?
Yes. The final plan depends on venue rules, kitchen access, hygiene requirements, delivery conditions and event timing.
Do you offer alcohol service?
The initial concept is alcohol-free unless a specific event requires otherwise and all applicable permissions are clarified.
